By downloading and using DronDon’s applications you confirm that you have read and agreed to Google Privacy Policy, Google Play Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

• Applications usage data. We collect information about how you used our applications, services and website, which features you used, scan results, chat correspondence, etc;

• precise location (GPS and network-based);
• reroute outgoing calls, directly call phone numbers;
• read your contacts;
• modify or delete the contents of your USB storage, read the contents of your USB storage;
• take pictures and videos;
• send package removed broadcast;
• disable your screen lock;
• draw over other apps;
• measure app storage space;
• delete all app cache data;
• control vibration;
• view Wi-Fi connections;
• read phone status and identity;
• receive data from Internet;
• full network access;
• view network connections;
• connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi;
• change network connectivity;
• pair with Bluetooth devices;
• access Bluetooth settings;
• modify system settings;
• run at startup;
• toggle sync on and off;

• close other apps;

Please note that while you are using our applications on your mobile device, you may choose not to share your geolocation details with us by adjusting the location services settings of the device. For instructions on changing the relevant settings, please contact your service provider or device manufacturer.

Using Third-Party Sign-in Services

You can log in to our applications by using the sign-in services ("SN Service"), such as Facebook Connect and Google Services. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us, such as:

• Your name;
• Email address, and
• Resume to pre-fill our sign-up form.

We may collect and record information through the SN Service according to the policies and terms of that SN Service.

4. EMAIL COMMUNICATION

We will send you important administrative and transactional messages (i.e., service notifications). Additionally, from time to time you may receive newsletters and various promotional materials from DronDon and DronDon’s Partners notifying you about product updates or special offers. 5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We respect your Personal Information and do not disclose it to anyone except as described in this Notice. Please note that no Personal Identifiable Information is being accessed, collected, or sold. We will share your Personal Information only as follows:

• Customer information belongs to DronDon’s business assets. Therefore, when DronDon becomes owned by a third party as the result of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or bankruptcy, customer information is passed to this third party as well.
• If your Personal Information is required by the government or legal institutions, we have the right to reveal it in order to comply with the law or protect our rights, property, employees, users, etc.
• You will be informed about other possible cases of sharing your Personal Information, and you will have the right to prevent this.

6. INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES

DronDon’s applications may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources. DronDon does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for their availability, accuracy, the related content, products, or services. The Customers are solely responsible for their use of any such websites or resources. Before starting to use third party websites, applications, or services, first read their Terms of Use, EULA, Privacy Policy/Notice, and other published legal documentation to make sure that you accept them.

We may use third party technical solutions and allow them to collect some of your Personal Information. Such Personal Information includes:

• applications that are installed on your device;
• type and version of your mobile web browser;
• IP address;
• Mac address;
• MCC (Mobile Country Code) information;
• device state information;
• unique device identifiers;
• device hardware and OS information;
• information relating to how an application functions, and the physical location of a device at the time of a crash;
• system apps on your device;
• applications that are used in the foreground on your device.

This Information shall be used solely to:

• administer, operate, and continuously improve the services;
• collect some statistical information;
• analyze the work of applications;
• monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with third party’s service;
• create, market, and distribute anonymized audience segments to other third parties;
• other similar uses, but usually in aggregate and anonymous way.

For example, one of those third parties is oneAudience LLC (“oneAudience”). By using our services and applications you agree to their Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. You also have the possibility to opt-out of oneAudience service through their opt-out web form, which is located here. To cancel the information collection, you must uninstall all DronDon’s applications on your device.

Please note that by purchasing the PRO Editions of DronDon’s applications, you share your sensitive payment information with Google Play and accept their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. OUR RETENTION OF INFORMATION AND ACCESS TO IT

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed. For example, we may keep certain information even after you stop using our services and products if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this agreement.

We may retain your personal and/or non-personal data even after you stop using our services and your account becomes deactivated. This data is usually non-Personal but it can be personal only if you requested support from us, communicated with our support team in any other way, or provided us some of your personal information directly.

We take privacy and security seriously, and we do our best to secure your information. But still remember that the Internet is not a secure environment, so you have to be careful.
